Job Description

We are looking for an SFMC Marketing Manager / Project Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to implement digital marketing strategies. This role ensures that all marketing automation initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing teams, developers, and IT teams, to execute successful campaigns and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (marketing teams, developers, IT, and third-party vendors) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for project management and execution within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and processes, optimizing workflows and efficiency.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to define automation workflows and customer journeys in Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Ensure that email campaigns, push notifications, and other customer touchpoints are properly tested and optimized.
  • Conduct thorough testing and review of Salesforce Marketing Cloud setups (e.g., journeys, emails, data integrations) before they go live.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR), and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes against goals, providing post-project analysis and recommendations.
  • Report on campaign performance and project outcomes, including KPIs like engagement rates, open rates, and conversions.
  • Provide insights for future improvements and adjustments to marketing strategies.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices for using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the project or platform functionality.

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 100000 - $130000 / year.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
