Job Description
We are looking for an SFMC developer responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. One can collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements and optimize customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) aka ExactTarget is required.
- Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for Emails.
- Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript
- Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, SQL and AMPScript is very essential
- Understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model
- Journey builder, custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out comprehensive customer journeys.
- Certification in SFMC will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience with Email Studio knowledge – A/B Testing, Segmentation, and Integration with microsites, websites and landing pages, personalization concepts, triggered emails, campaign waves.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Salary Transparancy Language

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $69058- $96287/ yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
