Job Description
We are seeking an SFMC Reporting Analyst responsible for analyzing marketing campaign data and providing insights based on the performance of initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role focuses on creating reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and using analytics to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report on data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms.
- Utilize Salesforce Einstein features effectively.
- Create and maintain regular reports on marketing campaign performance, including email opens, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility of marketing performance and KPIs.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights based on data trends to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Support campaign managers in understanding the impact of different variables (e.g., subject lines, timing, segmentation) on campaign performance.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce’s built-in tools like Datorama) to present complex data in an easily digestible and actionable format.
- Design and implement custom reports and data visualizations for stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Analyze audience segments and recommend improvements for better targeting and personalization.
- Provide insights into customer behavior and engagement trends to inform segmentation strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work with marketing teams to conduct A/B testing and assess the impact on campaign performance.
- Offer insights based on test results to refine future campaign strategies, including subject lines, email content, timing, and audience segmentation.
- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) relevant to marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that metrics align with business goals and overall marketing strategies.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance, highlighting areas that need attention or optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand reporting needs and ensure that campaigns are tracked and measured effectively.
- Work with data engineers or IT teams to ensure data accuracy and the integration of necessary platforms.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to support special projects or strategic decisions.
- Generate custom reports for executive leadership or other departments to support high-level business initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Validate data sources and troubleshoot any data issues to maintain high reporting standards.

The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $67733 - $108811 / year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
