Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Delivery Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 who will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving technical excellence in projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in MS Dynamics 365 (both online and on-premises), strong technical skills, and the ability to mentor and guide a development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of MS Dynamics 365 developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and ensuring best practices.
- Own and drive the architecture, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Oversee security models, Out-of-the-Box configurations, workflows, business rules, plugins, and form customization.
- Hands-on development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and the MS Dynamics developer toolkit.
- Design and develop SQL Server components, SSRS/SSIS reports, and data integration services.
- Manage and implement MS Dynamics 365 integrations with third-party tools using Middleware (KingswaySoft), APIs (REST, OData, Web APIs), and Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
- Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF controls, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
- Set up and optimize DevOps pipelines for CRM on cloud platforms, ensuring efficient CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand, analyze, and clarify requirements, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and recommend best approaches for solution development.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on MS Dynamics 365.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading and managing a development team.
- Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
- Strong experience in security models, workflows, business rules, plugins, form customization, and CRM administration.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and CRM SDK.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
- Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls.
- Strong background in DevOps setup for CRM systems on cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and implement optimal solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
