Job Description

  • Requirements Gathering & Process DesignCollaborate with supply chain stakeholders to gather and document requirements across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows using D365 SCM capabilities.
  • Define functional specifications for configurations, customizations, and reporting.
  • Solution Configuration & Implementation
  • Configure D365 SCM modules including:
  • Procurement and Sourcing
  • Inventory Management
  • Warehouse Management
  • Product Information Management
  • Sales and Distribution
  • Support setup of supply chain parameters, workflows, and master data.
  • Data Migration & Validation
  • Assist in migrating supply chain data from AX 2009 to D365 F&O.
  • Validate data mappings and ensure accuracy across legal entities and business units.
  • Support reconciliation and testing of migrated data.
  • Integration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with:
  • Third-party logistics providers, PaymentTech, and eCommerce platforms
  • Databricks for inventory and fulfillment analytics
  • Enable reporting using Power BI and standard D365 tools.
  • Testing, Training & Support
  • Develop test cases and support functional testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
  • Create user documentation and deliver training to supply chain teams.
  • Provide post-Go-Live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
    Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O with a focus on SCM.
    Strong understanding of:
  • End-to-end supply chain processes and D365 SCM modules
  • Inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations
  • Data migration and master data management
  • Experience in large-scale ERP implementations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
  • Experience with AX 2009 migrations and multi-entity environments
  • Familiarity with IPPD 365 or similar delivery frameworks
    Expected Outcomes:
  • Accurate and efficient configuration of D365 SCM modules
  • Streamlined supply chain operations across B2B and B2C channels
  • High-quality data migration and reporting enablement
  • Strong user adoption and post-Go-Live support for supply chain teams

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 to $130,000 /yearly.  

 

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
