Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Healthcare domain experience.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with at least 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare provider data structures, strong SQL skills for analyzing and designing efficient system solutions, and a robust background in documentation. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and business analysis expertise to drive solution design, document technical requirements, and support ongoing system operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare provider data structures is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and system design.
    • Experience with documenting solution designs and technical requirements.
  • Documentation: Proven ability to create clear, comprehensive, and structured documentation, including TRDs and OSSPs.
  • Development Background: Experience in software development is highly desirable.
  • Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of healthcare provider operations, workflows, and data structures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business terms and vice versa.
