Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Genesys Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, specializing in multichannel self-service IVR and OmniChannel Orchestration Routing using Genesys Cloud CX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in voice and non-voice channels, third-party integrations, and a strong background in delivering customer interaction solutions across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement multichannel self-service IVR and OmniChannel Routing solutions using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
- Build and maintain applications across Voice, SMS, Email, Chat, and Bot channels.
- Integrate third-party services such as AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics).
- Deliver customer interaction solutions across IVR, web, messaging/chat, SMS, and social media.
- Ensure seamless integration with internal and external components using Genesys Framework.
- Develop and deploy Self-Service and Analytics solutions with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menus.
- Evaluate and implement speech recognition technologies from vendors like Amazon, Genesys, and Nuance.
- Utilize Genesys AI, WFM, Reporting, and Analytics tools to enhance solution performance.
- Work in complex development environments and across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate effectively in a remote, virtual, and global team setup.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Genesys application development.
- Proven hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
- Strong understanding of OmniChannel orchestration and self-service IVR.
- Experience with third-party integrations (AWS, CRM, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of speech recognition technologies and vendor offerings.
- Familiarity with Genesys AI, WFM, Reporting, and Analytics.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification in one or more solution areas (Inbound, Outbound, Multichannel, Recording, Reporting).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary Transparency:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 to $130000/ year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
