Job Title: Business Analyst – Insurance Domain Expertise

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information, create high-quality documentation, and ensure that technical concepts are clearly communicated to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather and analyze business and technical information.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software products, APIs, and internal tools.
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, user-friendly content tailored to various stakeholders.
• Edit and proofread documentation for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Organize content logically and ensure alignment with company style and branding guidelines.
• Manage documentation projects end-to-end, including version control and regular updates.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance documentation effectiveness and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and user guides.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
