Adobe Analytics Tech Lead/Senior Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide end to end Adobe Analytics solution for business problem by designing and defining architecture of solution comprising website and mobile applications.
  • Constructively interact with business to understand requirements and translate requirements into BRD document.
  • Deliver Adobe Analytics solutions as per defined design strategy and implementation considering business priorities.
  • Report traffic and behavior data through Adobe Analytics reporting tools and analyze the statistics to prescribe recommendations. 
  • Manage specifications and deployment strategy for Adobe Analytics solutions.
  • Configure and manage user governance in the Adobe Analytics tool.
  • Provide technological consulting to customers on the opportunities/gaps in their current digital marketing analytics programs.
  • Involve in project initiation phase by assisting project delivery team to define scope of project and by providing accurate estimates.
  • Support digital marketing RFPs and proposals through technical approaches and estimates.
  • Drive digital transformations by identifying right opportunities and ideating, defining, and delivering on them.
  • Handle customer queries and respond to them with technical acumen. 
  • Assist project and team to evolve by developing competency in technical tools.
  • Act as lead in creating thought leadership through specialization in technology.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide fixes within Adobe implementation using debugging tools. 
  • Guide and mentor team of junior associates on technical issues and help them deliver optimum results.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Adobe Analytics, digital analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies and advanced web analytics methodologies with overall 10+ years in IT industry.
  • Experience in designing architectural solutions for Adobe analytics solution, performance assessment and improvement of Adobe Analytics implementation, and functional designs.
  • Ability to lead solution development and delivery as per designed solution.
  • Should have handled gathering of requirement, translating business requirements into KPIs and documenting them through requirement & functional/technical documentations. 
  • Experience in creating Technical Specification document and data-layer concepts.
  • Experience in implementing Adobe Analytics, reporting data, and analyzing and interpreting information received through reports.
  • Ability to analyze and translate trends from Adobe Analytics reports to actionable insights.
  • Should have experience with administrative features of Adobe analytics and worked on creating user groups and role-based access management.
  • Should have prior experience in handling client interactions. 
  • Should be familiar with Adobe Analytics tools (Workspace, Reports & Analytics, Data Warehouse, Data Feed, Data Sources, Data Connectors, Report Builder).
  • Should have experience with Tag Management system preferably Adobe Launch or DTM [ Ensighten, GTM as other TMS].
  • Awareness of latest technologies and trends in digital analytics and digital marketing domain.
  • Creative in approach, possess analytical ability and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
  • Should have Expert knowledge in debugging/troubleshooting issues with the Adobe Analytics network calls.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in large teams and lead junior employees in implementing and reporting Adobe Analytics.
  • Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Analytics Developer preferred
  • Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions to be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 8+ years in digital marketing, software development, deployment

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000 /yearly.  
 
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
