Our work spans Business Strategy, Product Strategy, and Experience Strategy, united by a focus on developing strategies that move from insight and opportunity to tangible solutions and pathways to market.

Your Role

As a Senior Strategist at the Senior Consultant level, you will independently own business, product, and experience strategy workstreams within multidisciplinary design and innovation engagements. You will collaborate closely with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to ensure that customer and market opportunities translate into meaningful business value. You will combine customer insight, market intelligence, emerging technologies, foresight, and commercial analysis to identify new sources of growth and shape differentiated businesses, products, services, and experiences. You will move fluidly between helping clients define why and where to play, determining what to build, and establishing how to bring new ideas to market.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Independently lead strategy workstreams, establishing the approach, managing deliverables, and providing clear strategic direction throughout the engagement.
  • Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-enabled techniques where appropriate to uncover customer needs, identify market opportunities, and validate strategic hypotheses.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitors, emerging technologies, and future trends to identify white-space opportunities, differentiated positioning, and new sources of growth.
  • Develop commercially viable growth strategies, value propositions, business models, products, services, and experiences that address client objectives and customer needs.
  • Translate strategic opportunities into tangible product and experience directions, including concepts, customer journeys, service blueprints, product requirements, prototypes, and pathways to market.
  • Evaluate commercial potential and business impact through market sizing, revenue and pricing analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and business-case development, where appropriate.
  • Lead client collaboration through interviews, workshops, strategic discussions, and executive presentations, while creating compelling narratives, recommendations, and proposals that support decision-making and business development.

Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience:
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, product marketing, design research, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading strategy workstreams and delivering high-quality recommendations in a consulting, innovation, or similarly complex environment.
  • Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and commercial problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert complex information into a cohesive strategic point of view.
  • Experience developing growth strategies, value propositions, business models, products, services, or experiences and advancing them from opportunity definition toward validation, launch, or market impact.
  • Familiarity with applying AI, generative AI, analytics, or other emerging technologies to research, synthesis, strategy development, and client deliverables.
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills, including confidence advising and presenting to senior client stakeholders.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is expected. An MBA or another advanced degree may be beneficial but is not required.
