About The Job You're Considering

We seek a Vice President level candidate to join the team to help drive the growth of the frog Marketing Strategy & Transformation capability.

 

As a Vice President, you will take a leadership role in frog UK. You will be responsible for driving growth of our Marketing Strategy & Transformation capability. You’ll develop CXO level relationships (with a focus on CMOs, CDOs and Chief Customer Officers) and will also oversee key marketing transformation delivery programmes. You’ll develop strong relationships within frog and with the wider Capgemini Invent industry teams and other service lines both within the UK and globally.

Your Role (Responsibilities)

You’ll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. Key expectations from this role include:

  • Developing and executing an effective go-to-market strategy for our Marketing Transformation capability that will position it for significant growth 
  • Working with the wider frog Leadership Team Lead to ensure the relevance of our offerings
  • Capitalising on relationships already developed with CMO’s as well as developing new ones
  • Identifying and building a strong network of contacts at clients, those responsible for design/consulting/advisory programmes, and extending our relationships, ensuring they become key clients of frog
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams from across Capgemini in the delivery of large scale transformation programmes for clients
  • Leading/coordinating frog sales efforts, with a personal business development target of c. £4m per annum.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants and contribute to talent development

 

Externally in the market, you’ll bring the presence and gravitas to initiate, manage and maintain board / senior management relationships. To understand and scope out their challenges and potential solutions and to both sell & deliver top-tier consulting and technology enabled marketing transformation work. 

 

The role will require you to lead clients on the journey to transform the way they engage with their customers, acting as a trusted advisor. You will have a deep understanding of Marketing capabilities that deliver true consumer centricity, including data driven marketing, marketing operating models and MarTech stacks.

 

From assessing current capabilities, to designing programmes for the implementation of transformational programmes, you will enjoy a variety and richness of experiences which will provide opportunities for your personal development. The role will operate across industry sectors.

Your Skills and Experience

A good fit for this role will bring many of the skills, experience, and attributes below:

  • Experience leading Marketing Transformation programmes for large scale organisations, in the UK and globally 
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive business growth 
  • Ability to demonstrate delivery of tangible outcomes from transformational programmes
  • Familiarity with leading Customer Engagement platforms, including ideally Salesforce and Adobe
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams in both delivery and offer development
  • A natural ability to work with senior client executives and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills  
  • A strong desire to be part of, and contribute to, the growth and success of a top tier consulting practice, contributing to our offers, knowledge and overall strategic goals

 

Qualification and Experience required: 

 

  • Intellectually strong with an excellent academic background
  • Experience of working in demanding Consulting environments
  • Ability to demonstrate consulting professionalism and flexibility

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Experience in in the CPRD sector
  • Familiarity with agile marketing practices and innovation frameworks
  • Global experience or exposure to international marketing organisations

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $350,000 - $450,000 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
