Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst who is owning the vision and roadmap for an AIDriven Model Ecosystem This individual is operating at the intersection of AI product strategy and Model Risk Management MRM while driving endtoend design requirements and delivery of AIenabled model governance capabilities The role is focusing on translating business goals into technical requirements shaping intelligent workflows and enabling model lifecycle processes powered by modern AI automation and data engineering patternsThe ideal candidate is bringing strong analytical skills handson experience with SQLPython deep understanding of MRM practices and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured actionable product work The individual is collaborating closely with crossfunctional groups including data scientists model validators MRM governance teams engineers and AI teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions Use of AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot AMP and Claude Code is a mandatory requirement

Key Responsibilities

Owning product vision roadmap and feature evolution for an AIDriven Model Ecosystem
Analyzing data using SQL and Python to support feature design validation logic and model lifecycle workflows
Understanding and interpreting complex model governance validation and regulatory requirements and translating them into system capabilities
Breaking down ambiguous product problems into structured analysis hypotheses and solution options
Translating business and user goals into detailed product requirements functional specifications and user stories
Designing workflows and user journeys supporting model development validation approval monitoring and retirement
Partnering with engineering teams to define data models APIs integrations and architecture needs for model governance platforms
Collaborating crossfunctionally with model risk teams data science teams technology partners and operations groups
Supporting UAT planning test case development execution and defect resolution to ensure successful product releases
Ensuring alignment of AIenabled components with model risk controls interpretability standards and governance frameworks
Leveraging AI coding agents Copilot AMP Claude Code to enhance analysis documentation workflow design and solution development
Staying current with industry advancements in AI model governance tooling workflow automation and risk oversight


Required Skills Qualifications

Strong experience working as a Technical Product Analyst Product Owner or TechnoFunctional BA in AI analytics or model risk domains
Proven ability to analyze data using SQL and Python
Experience working with APIs data models and system architecture fundamentals
Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous product challenges and break them into structured analytical problem statements
Strong capability in translating business needs into product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent crossfunctional collaboration skills working closely with engineering risk and data science teams
Strong understanding of Model Risk Management MRM model lifecycle validation monitoring and regulatory expectations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Musthave Proven experience using AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot AMP and Claude Code to accelerate analysis documentation and delivery


Preferred Qualifications
Experience with workflow orchestration tools or AI orchestration frameworks LangChain Semantic Kernel etc
Knowledge of enterprise data integration metadata management or model monitoring solutions
Exposure to cloud environments Azure preferred
Financial services audit risk or regulatory domain experience"

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 140,000 - 150,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
