About the Role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Director to lead a portfolio of Digital Experience, Marketing Technology, Customer Engagement, and Advisor Enablement initiatives for a major Financial Services client.

This leadership role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across multiple programs, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business value realization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical delivery leadership with experience supporting digital customer experience, marketing technology, cloud, and customer engagement platforms.

This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States permanently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale digital transformation, customer experience, and marketing technology initiatives
  • Manage multiple programs, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery teams
  • Partner with business and technology executives to align delivery outcomes with strategic objectives
  • Drive Agile delivery practices, governance, quality, and operational excellence
  • Lead cross-functional global teams including architects, engineers, delivery managers, and business stakeholders
  • Oversee cloud, integration, digital platform, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Ensure predictable delivery, financial management, and portfolio performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience leading technology delivery, program management, or portfolio delivery initiatives
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong experience managing executive stakeholders and complex delivery organizations
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and large distributed teams
  • Experience delivering digital platform, customer experience, web, mobile, portal, or customer engagement solutions
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures
  • Experience managing delivery governance, budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and risk management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Experience, Personalization, Customer Engagement, or Advisor Enablement initiatives
  • Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hearsay, or similar technologies
  • Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, Banking, or other regulated industries
  • AWS, SAFe, PMP, Scrum, Adobe, or Salesforce certifications are a plus

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strong delivery leader who understands how to successfully execute digital and customer engagement initiatives at enterprise scale. Direct experience with MarTech platforms is preferred; however, candidates who have successfully delivered and governed digital transformation programs involving customer experience, marketing technology, cloud, and engagement platforms are also encouraged to apply.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $160,000 - $200,000/ yearly.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
