Senior Scrum Master - Digital Programs

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple pods within largescale digital programs. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Agile project management with a strong ability to coordinate across cross functional teams remove impediments and drive continuous improvement Experience in managing complex delivery environments and working with distributed teams is essential

Key Responsibilities:
Agile Delivery Facilitation
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
Guide multiple Scrum teams pods in Agile best practices and ensure consistent delivery cadence
Foster a culture of collaboration transparency and accountability across teams
Project Coordination Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate across multiple pods and cross functional teams development QA UX business analysts etc to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations and priorities
Track and manage dependencies risks and impediments across teams and escalate as needed

Reporting Metrics:
Maintain and share sprint metrics velocity trends and delivery KPIs with leadership and stakeholders
Provide regular status updates and progress reports at program and portfolio levels
Support release planning and roadmap alignment with product owners and program managers
Continuous Improvement
Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve Agile maturity and team performance
Mentor team members and promote Agile principles across the organization

Required Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles
Proven experience managing largescale projects with multiple Scrum teams pods
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum SAFe Kanban and delivery models
Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence Rally or Azure DevOps
Certified Scrum Master CSM PMIACP or SAFe certifications

Pay Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 105000- $ 113000 /yearly.
 
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
 
Note: No amount of pay is wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
