Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep hands on experience in Lightning Web Components LWC and Apex to support the design development and optimization of large scale Salesforce applications This role requires strong technical capabilities the ability to produce clean and efficient code and the confidence to participate in live client coding evaluations
The ideal candidate will excel in building secure scalable and high performing Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with technical leads architects and crossfunctional teams

Must Have Qualifications

  • 7 years of handson Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components LWC with ability to implement UI coding for real world scenarios
  • Deep expertise in Apex including -Triggers singlemultobject bulksafe patterns - Apex Classes - Batch Apex - Queueable Apex - Future Methods.
  • Ability to perform live coding tests in LWC and Apex during client evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model best practices governor limits and security model

Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop and implement Lightning Web Components LWC for dynamic and responsive UI experiences.
  • Write high quality Apex code including Triggers Classes Batch Apex Queueable Jobs Future Methods and other asynchronous operations.
  • Build scalable and reusable components that align with Salesforce best practices and governance guidelines.
  • Implement solutions leveraging the Salesforce Platform Lightning Experience Flows Data Model customization APIs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and highquality Salesforce solutions.
  • Optimize code performance ensure governor limit compliance and maintain system stability.
  • Participate in design reviews code reviews and optimization sessions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST SOAP APIs and platform events.
  • Build secure and scalable integrations that support highvolume use cases.
  • Leverage Salesforce tools Data Loader CLI Deployment tools for deployments and operations.
  • Develop unit tests with >75% coverage ensuring reliability and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot issues perform rootcause analysis and resolve production incidents.
  • Work within Agile sprint cycles and contribute to grooming planning and retrospectives

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 100000 - 130000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
