As a Senior Sales Representative, Travel & Logistics Industry, you will be a highly motivated, results-oriented business development professional responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities across the Travel & Logistics Services sectors.

Your Role
- Develop new business opportunities within the Travel & Logistics sectors.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process while leveraging Capgemini subject matter experts, industry leaders, alliance partners, and executive sponsors as needed.
- Originate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, referrals, social media, executive outreach, and other prospecting channels.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within target accounts, including C-suite, business-unit, operations, supply chain, and technology leaders.
- Position Capgemini's consulting, digital transformation, cloud, data & AI, intelligent operations, engineering, customer experience, and managed services capabilities to address client business challenges.
- Work closely with solution teams and industry experts to develop and close a pipeline of new and expanded business opportunities.
- Increase opportunities across all Capgemini service lines by identifying and pursuing strategic growth initiatives within assigned accounts.
- Develop account strategies that align with industry priorities such as supply chain resilience, operational efficiency, logistics modernization, automation, sustainability, customer experience transformation, and technology modernization.
- Lead pursuit activities, proposal development, executive presentations, and commercial negotiations to secure new business.
- Manage client expectations throughout the sales lifecycle and drive opportunities through successful closure.
- Develop, maintain, and accurately forecast a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Provide strategic direction and account leadership to achieve revenue growth, profitability objectives, and long-term client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account plans and business development strategies while providing regular pipeline and forecast updates.
Your skills and Experience
- Extensive experience serving enterprise clients within the Travel & Logistics or related industries.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or client relationship management involving technology, consulting, or business transformation services.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and generating profitable revenue growth on a year-over-year basis.
- Demonstrated success operating in a "hunter" sales environment, with the ability to create, develop, and close net-new business opportunities.
- Experience selling consulting, digital transformation, managed services, cloud, data & AI, engineering, or technology-enabled business solutions.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
- Well-documented success achieving annual sales quotas and driving pipeline growth within assigned industries.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder pursuits, and competitive opportunities.
- Demonstrated understanding of Travel & Logistics industry trends, including supply chain transformation, transportation optimization, customer experience modernization, automation, sustainability initiatives, and data-driven operations.
- Strong business development, account planning, forecasting, and opportunity management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization and leverage internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Established industry network and executive relationships within the Travel & Logistics ecosystem preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 88,544 - $ 233,248
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
