About the Role
Capgemini is seeking a Senior Director to lead and scale our Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) Practice, with a focus on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Generative AI–driven analytics.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for practice growth, go-to-market strategy, and delivery oversight, partnering with enterprise clients to drive large-scale data and analytics transformation.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of BI/analytics depth, practice leadership experience, and strong client-facing / solutioning capabilities.

Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Build and scale the Enterprise BI, Power BI, and GenAI/BI practice
- Define and execute BI and analytics strategy across industries
- Develop capabilities, accelerators, and reusable assets
- Drive adoption of modern BI platforms and AI-powered analytics
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead enterprise BI programs, including:
- Power BI migrations and modernization
- Enterprise data warehousing and analytics initiatives
- AI / Generative BI deployments
- Advise clients on self-service analytics, semantic layer design, and augmented BI
- Drive innovation in GenAI use cases, including:
- Natural language querying (NLQ)
- Conversational BI
- Auto-generated dashboards and insights
Growth, Sales & GTM
- Own and contribute to pipeline growth and revenue targets
- Lead pre-sales, RFP responses, and solutioning efforts
- Support large deal shaping and closures
- Drive account growth and client expansion
- Conduct client workshops and executive-level discussions
Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure best practices across:
- Data governance and quality
- Visualization standards
- Performance optimization
- Drive standardization and industrialization of BI delivery
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor architects, consultants, and delivery teams
- Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- Proven experience leading or scaling a BI / Analytics practice or COE
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI (enterprise-scale implementations)
- Microsoft Fabric / Azure Synapse / Azure data ecosystem
- Experience with enterprise BI platforms (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, BusinessObjects)
- Solid foundation in:
- Data modeling (Kimball, Data Vault)
- BI architecture and semantic layer design
- Data governance and metadata management
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP; Snowflake, Databricks)
- Exposure to Generative AI in analytics (Copilot, LLM-based insights, conversational BI)
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Pre-sales and solutioning
- Client engagement and executive communication
- Driving revenue and practice growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting or IT services environment
- Strong understanding of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
- Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and practices
- Revenue growth and pipeline generation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $200,000 - $250,000/ yearly.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
