About the job you're considering

We are seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Techical engineer. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise with Cisco enterprise switching, Software‑Defined Access (SDA), and Catalyst Center (DNAC), along with strong customer engagement and leadership capabilities.

Your role

  • Act as the primary technical lead for on‑site customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery of Cisco enterprise network solutions.
  • Lead the design review, implementation, and operationalization of Software‑Defined Access (SDA) architectures.
  • Own Catalyst Center (DNAC) operations, including provisioning, assurance, monitoring, upgrades, and day‑to‑day maintenance.
  • Drive end‑to‑end SDA deployments, including fabric design, LISP control plane, micro‑segmentation, and integration with Cisco ISE.
  • Provide expert‑level troubleshooting across campus LAN, SDA fabric, routing, and switching environments.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer network, operations, and security teams.
  • Collaborate with Cisco internal stakeholders (Sales, CX, TAC, Engineering) to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure delivery quality, adherence to Cisco best practices, and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during deployments and operational handover.

Your Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on, practical experience with all of the following Cisco technologies:

  • Cisco DNAC/Catalyst Center:Provisioning, assurance, and general DNAC operations/maintenance.
  • Software Defined Access (SDA): LISP, SDA components, micro-segmentation, and DNAC/ISE integration. Design, deployment and troubleshooting expertise
  • Catalyst 9000 Switch Family: such as 9200-CX, 9300, 9500, and 9600.
  • IPv4/IPv6 Routing: BGP, IS-IS/OSPF.

Nice to have

  • IPv4/IPv6 Multicast: Design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Automation & DevOps:
  1. Experience with Python, Ansible, and/or Robot Framework.
  2. Exposure to network automation, APIs, and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with Cisco DNA APIs, REST APIs, and programmable networking concepts.
  • Prior experience working in customer‑facing, on‑site delivery roles

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $65,200-$158,550.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
