Job Description
A resource with strong interest in automation testing cloud based QA platforms and modern intelligent test frameworks The ideal candidate is eager to work with Selenium supporting automated validation of web applications as part of Capgemini NGT Next Generation Talent program Basic exposure to programming Java Python software QA fundamentals or automation tools is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Design Execution
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver supporting functional regression and smoke tests
Create low code automated tests leveraging auto healing smart locators and visual validation features
Execute cross browser test suites and validate frontend user journeys for web applications - Frameworks CICD Cloud Testing
Support development and maintenance of automation frameworks POM TestNG JUnit
Integrate automated tests Selenium Mabl into CICD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab or Azure DevOps
Use Mabls cloud based runner to orchestrate test runs analyze results and review auto triaged failures - Defect Management Quality Governance
Analyze automation results document defects and provide detailed reports
Work with developers and QA leads to refine test coverage and maintain testing standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning and testing strategy discussions - API Integrated Testing
Assist in API validations using Postman Rest Assured for end-to-end coverage
Use Mabl to validate API connected user journeys and data driven workflows where supported
Skills

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 70,000 to 93,767.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
