Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced AI enabled QA Test Automation Engineer to lead quality engineering efforts for the Client Growth Retention CGR portfolio

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Strategy Delivery:
Lead quality planning test strategy and validation activities for complex business initiatives
Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional integration regression and end to end testing efforts
Define quality metrics monitor release readiness and proactively identify delivery risks
Champion continuous improvement and best practices within the Quality Engineering organization

Automation Modernization:
Design and maintain scalable test automation solutions that support enterprise application delivery
Drive automation adoption across functional API and integration testing layers
Leverage AI powered tools and engineering practices to enhance test design execution analysis and maintenance
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve quality outcomes

Integration Data Validation:
Validate complex interactions across multiple applications services and business processes
Perform API database and end to end integration testing to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
Support operational and business driven testing requests that require coordination across multiple teams and platforms

Agile Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with product business architecture and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning estimation risk assessment and release activities
Communicate testing progress risks and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders
Serve as a trusted quality advisor for project and operational initiatives

Continuous Delivery Governance:
Support automated quality controls within CICD pipelines
Manage testing activities defects and quality reporting using enterprise test management tools
Ensure compliance with established quality standards and governance processes

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related discipline
7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Test Automation or Quality Engineering
Demonstrated experience leading testing efforts for complex enterprise applications
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks API testing data validation and system integration testing
Hands on experience with modern automation technologies including Selenium Playwright Web driver IO Java and Python
Hands on experience with AI assisted engineering platforms such as Cursor Claude Code GitHub Copilot Chat GPT Enterprise or similar technologies
Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery environments
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Practical experience applying AI enabled tools and techniques within software testing or software engineering processes

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry
Knowledge of cloud native architecture APIs and microservices based systems
ISTQB Agile Testing or related industry certifications
Experience implementing AI driven approaches for test generation automation optimization or quality analytics

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90,000 - 101,226.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
