The Oracle SaaS Cloud Projects (PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Asset) Techno-Functional Architect will be hands-on senior level consultant who will provide solutions, manage configurations, extensions, data migration from Source system in the client’s Oracle SaaS & PaaS ecosystem. This will include coordination within different groups.
Candidate must be local to Philadelphia area as, 3 to 4 days at client site is expected. Client is located in Philadelphia center City.
Your role
- Work closely with the client to analyze business and technical requirements and design end-to-end solutions in PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Asset)
- Consultant will work with technical team to build RICE (reports, interfaces, conversions & extensions)
- Consultants should have pretty good idea of Technical table level structure of Oracle Fusion architecture, so, they can work with development team
- Should have hands-on experience on OTBI Reports in the PPM Domain area
- Resolve functional and technical issues
- Work on SaaS Configurations, Functional Specifications Documents, Design documents, Design PaaS Solutions, Test Script Creation
- Work with business Users and IT teams to resolve defects, issues
- Knowledge of Oracle Agent Studio will be preferred
- Knowledge of P2P domain will be preferred
Your skills and experience
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS cloud Techno functional consultant in (PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Asset)
- Prior to Cloud experience, Consultant should have experience of 5 to 7 years in Oracle E-bus Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, Capex Projects
- Overall Functional experience should 12 to 15 years.
- Strong proficiency in SQL querying, along with hands-on experience building OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Extensive experience in data conversion from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including detailed data mapping and resolving complex field‑mapping challenges.
- Deep, practical expertise with FBDI and ADFDI for large‑scale data uploads and bulk processing.
- Solid experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including the creation of both technical and functional design documents involving OIC integrations.
- Hands-on experience with OIC data flows and data transformation processes utilizing ATP custom schemas.
- Proficiency with UCM (Universal Content Management) for file handling and integration touchpoints.
- Ability to work with REST and SOAP APIs, including calling, testing, and integrating with Oracle Cloud services.
- Experience implementing AI Agents, with knowledge of deploying both custom-built and out-of-the-box agents within Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing and validation (preferred).
- Experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) preferred
- Good knowledge on integrating Oracle SaaS PPM and Project Grant applications with third party applications
- Ability to understand business requirements, Mapping to Oracle fusion application functionality, Gap analysis to arrive end-to-end technical solution in Oracle SaaS Application is needed
- Excellent communications skills for direct interactions with client key stakeholders.

- Need Oracle Certifications on SaaS Cloud in PPM area
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $203,800
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
