Job Description
You will be responsible for the professional delivery of Opentext Exstream solution to clients including integration, installation and configuration
Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gather for strategic initiatives.
- Consults and provides recommended OpenText Exstream solutions at customer sites.
- Drives the installation and configuration of OpenText Exstream products on customer sites
- Mentors team members on product knowledge
- Works with appropriate team members to achieve successful project completion.
- Interfaces with client in professional manner
- Leads initiative in learning the application of OpenText Exstream products in vertical market space
- Work on multiple projects concurrently to meet and exceed customer requests
- Recommend best practises and standards for integration of systems, develop target solution roadmaps
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Forms Composition using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native (at least 8+ years)
- Advanced functional knowledge of document creation and delivery processes (e.g. data acquisition, formatting, print, electronic delivery, archival, imaging, fulfilment processes)
- Experience working with integrated on and offshore team
- Logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent client delivery approach with a 'Can do-will do' attitude
- Experience working on Communication Designer, Orchestrator
- Good understanding of Exstream Architecture (Designer, , Content Author, Communication Builder)
- Exposure from legacy to Exstream migrations patterns and relevant experience is Plus
- Exposure to Content Author and relevant experience is Plus
- Java/J2EE applications development experience
- Unix Shell Scripting skills
- Databases: SQL Server, DB2, Oracle
- Application Servers: JBOSS, WebLogic, WebSphere (Desirable)
- Exposure to other Document Composition tools such as SmartComm, Thunderhead, Quadient Inspire
- Content Management experience in CMOD, FileNet, Documentum
- Experience leading large complex corporate projects involving policy development, statements or regulatory documents
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of enterprise
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 86129 to 127189.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
