Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for the Naehas platform, with deep understanding of Offer Management, Fulfillment, and Disclosure modules.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, shaping solution design decisions to maximize value from Naehas.
• Provide complementary expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), to ensure seamless integration across marketing technology ecosystems.
• Advise on platform capabilities and constraints, recommending optimal approaches aligned with Naehas and Adobe product best practices.

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Partner with Solution Architects, Engineers, and Implementation Managers to design end-to-end solutions that integrate Naehas and Adobe technologies into enterprise ecosystems.
• Define and document functional and technical requirements, mapping business needs to Naehas and Adobe configurations.
• Oversee configuration and integration workstreams, ensuring alignment with solution design and governance standards.
• Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks by proactively identifying gaps, dependencies, and product constraints across both platforms.

Product Management & Stakeholder Alignment

• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Naehas and Adobe product teams to surface product gaps and advocate for roadmap enhancements.
• Maintain alignment across stakeholders by leading working sessions, demos, and walkthroughs of Naehas and Adobe capabilities.
• Support change management and adoption by ensuring solutions meet business outcomes, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably in Financial Services or Marketing Technology.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe implementations (AJO, Workfront, AEP).
• Strong understanding of offer management, fulfillment workflows, disclosure/regulatory compliance, and journey orchestration in enterprise ecosystems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and product configurations.
• Skilled in leading cross-functional workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills with C-level and technical audiences

Salary Information:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $99712 to $168716/yearly.  
 
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
 
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
