Job Description
"Understanding Business Stakeholders Priorities across Digital Products and communicating target delivery dates for those changes
Coordinating with Actuarial Data Science Teams and reporting on their priorities and the support needed from those teams to support business priorities Working with these teams to translate work into business stories Working with engineering team Sebi to understand critical IT stories and prioritizing these against business priorities and delivery expectations
Ensuring business asks requirements are fully defined and translated to User Stories Running Backlog Refinementsto ensure all stories are well defined and ready to bring into a sprint
Sprint Planning Deciding what stories will come into a sprint at start of sprint and determining prioritization for work During sprint determining what additional stories can be brought into sprint if capacity or what needs to be taken out of sprint if new critical priorities emerge
Determine release scope for product releases Creating and distributing release notes and communicating to business stakeholders and clients release schedule and potential impact of release
Signing off on releases to go into production
Running Sprint Review to highlight and share work accomplished over past sprint
Running Sprint Retros for team
Attending Client meetings to understand upcoming client needs and community upcoming changes this could be put more fully on business to own rather than potential contractor
Support front line for client questions or issues with systems or capabilities this could be put more fully on business to own rather than potential contractor
Client Onboardings manage client onboarding expectations and timelines for technical integrations Coordinate with business stakeholder on target delivery dates and work needed to support a client onboarding this could be put more fully on business most likely product analyst rather than contractor
Define DUWME Roadmap looking over next 34 quarters Will try to get this well defined before I leave
For Bridge side I expect it to primarily be

Ensuring business asks requirements are fully defined and translated to User Stories Running Backlog Refinementsto ensure all stories are well defined and ready to bring into a sprint

Sprint Planning Deciding what stories will come into a sprint at start of sprint and determining prioritization for work During sprint determining what additional stories can be brought into sprint if capacity or what needs to be taken out of sprint if new critical priorities emerge

Set up roadmap for capabilities to be onboarded and added over next year hopefully set up before I leave
Facilitating and helping in getting asks into the Portfolio Steering Process and understanding where these would fall into Bridge Portal Roadmap"
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 106230 to 145000

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
