Job Description

We are seeking an experienced insurance advisory professional to join our growing insurance transformation practice This role is focused on partnering directly with insurance clients to shape their strategic agendas solve complex operations technology challenges and drive transformation across underwriting claims distribution and policy administration functions Unlike traditional delivery roles this position is advisory in nature requiring a deep understanding of the insurance landscape strong client engagement skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with insurance clients to identify business needs develop operations IT strategies and implement solutions that align with organizational goals
  • Lead workshops and design thinking sessions to cocreate future state operating models and technology transformation roadmaps
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning execution monitoring and closing while ensuring timelines are met
  • Design and document business requirements workflows and use cases for system enhancements or new implementations
  • Collaborate with Cross functional client teams data technology operations and stakeholder to ensure seamless alignment and execution of engagements
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and change management
  • Prepare and present project status updates insights and recommendations to clients and senior management
  • Stay updated on trends technologies and best practices in the insurance sector and share insights with clients and the team

 

Qualifications

  • Education MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier 1 university with global recognition

 

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on business analysis project management or consulting roles
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in insurance domains such as underwriting claims policy administration or risk management
  • Experience of working with Tier 1 carriers as part of the experience
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations regulations and emerging industry trends
  • Familiarity with insurance related technologies and tools such as policy administration systems distribution managements systems billing platforms etc
  • Experience with applications such as Duck Creek Guidewire and Majesco is a plus
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and managing client relationships at senior levels

 

Key Skills

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation process maps and presentations
  • Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus"

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90000 to $117543

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
