Role Overview

 

Capgemini is seeking a strategic and results-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead for NICE to spearhead growth, solution innovation, and market expansion for the Capgemini-NICE partnership.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in contact center transformation, customer experience (CX), AI-powered customer engagement, workforce optimization, and cloud contact center technologies, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic technology partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop and execute Capgemini's global and regional GTM strategy for the NICE partnership.
• Create and manage joint business plans, revenue targets, pipeline goals, and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with NICE leadership and key stakeholders.
• Identify strategic market opportunities and drive joint account planning activities.
• Establish governance structures and executive business reviews to monitor partnership health and business outcomes.

 

Solution Development & Innovation

 

• Lead the creation of differentiated Capgemini-NICE solutions and offerings.
• Develop industry-specific solutions focused on:
o Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
o Customer Experience Transformation
o AI-Powered Customer Service
o Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)
o Workforce Optimization (WFO)
o Conversational AI and Virtual Assistants
o Quality Management and Analytics
o Digital Customer Journeys
• Create reusable accelerators, implementation frameworks, demos, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

 

Sales Enablement & Pipeline Development

 

• Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with Capgemini account executives, industry leaders, and NICE sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Develop sales plays, account prioritization strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Support strategic pursuits, proposal development, executive presentations, and client workshops.
• Enable regional sales teams through training, certifications, and solution awareness programs.

 

Partner Governance & Relationship Management

 

• Manage alliance performance against defined KPIs, revenue targets, and investment plans.
• Coordinate executive steering committees and quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure alignment between alliance investments and Capgemini strategic priorities.
• Drive partner satisfaction and long-term relationship growth.

 

Required Qualifications

 

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in alliance management, business development, consulting, or GTM leadership roles.
• 8+ years of experience within contact center, customer experience, or customer service transformation domains.
• Proven success driving revenue growth through strategic technology partnerships.
• Experience working with NICE CXone or related contact center ecosystem platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, digital transformation, and cloud-based customer service technologies.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 135549 - 176139

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
