Job Description

5-10 years of professional software development and solution design experience
Strong proficiency in Python programming and architectural design patterns
Extensive background with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures
Experience with AI/ML solution development and governance frameworks
Proven experience with data strategy frameworks including cataloging, lineage, and quality management
Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and implementation

Key Responsibilities


Design scalable, enterprise-grade data and AI solutions and system architectures
Build and maintain complex software solutions and AI governance platforms
Develop proof-of-concepts to validate architectural approaches and technology choices
Implement data cataloging, quality monitoring, and security frameworks
Create detailed technical specifications and implementation plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs
Implement end-to-end solutions from design through production deployment

AI/ML & Generative AI
AI governance frameworks and MLOps practices
Generative AI implementation and fine-tuning (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG)
Model monitoring, validation, and compliance implementation
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock services
Understanding of AI ethics, bias detection, and regulatory requirements

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: USD 125k to 135k

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
