The Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team at Capgemini Invent partners with senior executives to help organizations reimagine how they create value in an increasingly AI‑powered world. As part of Capgemini’s Strategy & Transformation Consulting practice, DDT integrates strategy, data, AI, and product expertise to move clients from experimentation to enterprise‑scale impact.

Operating as a unified global capability across AI & Data Advisory, Product & Platform Strategy, and Applied AI, the team supports organizations across industries—including manufacturing, energy, consumer products, and life sciences—in defining bold transformation agendas, launching AI‑enabled products and services, and embedding new ways of working that accelerate innovation and growth.

Your Role

As a Director or Senior Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior business leaders, helping organizations define, launch, and scale AI‑enabled strategies, products, and operating models. You will play a central role in shaping end‑to‑end AI transformation journeys—from strategic vision through execution—while strengthening Capgemini Invent’s leadership position in AI advisory and business transformation.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape market‑facing offerings, and drive commercial growth across priority accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior executives on how AI can reshape business models, customer experiences, and operational performance
  • Define enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps tied to measurable business value and scalable execution
  • Lead AI‑enabled product and platform strategies, from prioritization through launch
  • Design transformation operating models, including new ways of working, governance, and talent models
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear executive narratives, investment cases, and transformation plans
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across strategy, product, data, and technology
  • Drive commercial impact through account growth, opportunity shaping, and proposal leadership

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven advisory experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or product‑led transformation within top‑tier consulting or innovation environments
  • Strong C‑suite engagement skills with experience influencing enterprise‑level decisions
  • Deep understanding of AI trends, including Generative AI, and their translation into business value
  • Experience defining and launching AI‑enabled products, services, or platformsStrategic, business‑first mindset connecting technology, product, and organizational change
  • Commercial acumen across account leadership and growth strategy
  • Strong leadership presence with a track record of building and mentoring high‑performing teams
  • A clear point of view on how AI enhances decision‑making, automates work, and unlocks growth

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $169,875 - $319,050

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
