About the Job You're Considering

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Data & AI GTM & Delivery Leader to drive growth, executive client engagement, business development, and delivery excellence across the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Consumer Products (CPRS) industry.

 

This leader will be responsible for expanding Data & AI consulting and delivery services, shaping strategic transformation initiatives, leading complex pursuits, and driving revenue growth through Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Cloud modernization solutions. The ideal candidate brings a combination of industry expertise, executive relationship management, consulting leadership, and proven success delivering measurable business outcomes.  The right Individual must have demonstrated success leading Data & AI growth initiatives, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, developing executive client relationships, shaping complex consulting engagements, and driving both business development and delivery outcomes across the CPRS sector.

 

As a market-facing leader, you will collaborate with industry, sales, alliance, and delivery teams to grow Capgemini's footprint within strategic FMCG accounts while helping clients transform key business functions including demand forecasting, customer and consumer analytics, revenue growth management, trade promotion optimization, supply chain visibility, manufacturing operations, and digital commerce.

Your Role

Go-To-Market & Business Development

  • Drive Data & AI growth strategy within strategic FMCG and Consumer Products accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, shape, and close large transformation opportunities focused on Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Business Transformation.
  • Lead solution development, proposal creation, executive presentations, SOW development, and RFP responses.
  • Develop strategic account growth plans to expand Capgemini's market presence and wallet share.
  • Partner with technology alliances, cloud hyperscalers, and data platform providers to bring innovative solutions to clients.
  • Represent Capgemini at industry conferences, executive forums, client events, and thought leadership engagements.

 

Executive Client Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
  • Help clients define and execute enterprise Data & AI strategies aligned to growth, efficiency, profitability, and consumer-centric objectives.
  • Lead business transformation discussions across areas including: Consumer Insights & Analytics, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Management & Optimization, Demand Forecasting & Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Customer and Retail Execution Analytics, Digital Commerce & Customer Experience
  • Drive AI-enabled business transformation initiatives that create measurable business value.

 

Delivery & Practice Leadership

  • Provide executive oversight for complex Data & AI programs across multiple accounts.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, profitability, governance, risk management, and contractual compliance.
  • Lead multidisciplinary consulting, architecture, engineering, analytics, and AI teams.
  • Develop industry-specific offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and reusable assets.
  • Support talent development, mentoring, and practice growth initiatives.
  • Guide successful transition from sales to delivery while ensuring realization of business outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of consulting, professional services, business development, account management, or delivery leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise within the FMCG, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Household Products, Personal Care, Retail, or Packaged Goods sectors.
  • Experience working with leading FMCG organizations across North America and global markets
  • Proven track record selling and delivering Data & AI, Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation programs.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar consulting engagements and transformation portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $10M.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG business processes
  • Experience leading executive client relationships and strategic transformation programs.
  • Strong financial management, delivery governance, program leadership, and operational management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead large global delivery, consulting, and account teams.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively across sales, consulting, alliances, delivery, and technology organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data platforms including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, SAP Data & Analytics, and Generative AI ecosystems.
  • Experience developing AI-driven solutions for consumer insights, customer intelligence, forecasting, trade optimization, and supply chain transformation.
  • Relevant certifications in Cloud, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Analytics, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving Data Modernization, AI adoption, and business process transformation.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $92,700 - $195,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
