We seek a Vice President level candidate to join the team to lead and strengthen our consulting go to market in CIO Advisory. You will be part of the practice leadership team and you’ll help drive our go-to-market plans, our growth strategy and shape our offers in this space. You will also be responsible for growing our people, developing our CIO advisory capability and leading sales and delivery work with new and existing clients.
You’ll generate new business and sell and deliver in management consulting work across with a focus on the Financial Services Industry.

You’ll bring experience in winning, delivering and leading CIO Advisory projects with a focus on designing and leading strategic technology programmes that cover technology strategy, operating model redesign and IT restructuring, particularly in the context of post-merger integrations, divestitures, carve-outs and spin-offs within one or more of Financial Services companies. You’ll demonstrate a passion for transforming businesses through enabling technology and transforming the way clients operate.
You will have:
- Experience working in a Strategy Consulting environment
- Extensive experience of working at senior levels, as a trusted advisor to CIO’s and CXO’s
- A track record of leading technology and digital strategy engagements from advisory through to design and delivery of restructuring programmes
- Expertise in conducting due diligence and creating due diligence reports to determine the technology implications of an M&A event
- Proven track record of developing target IT design post M&A, TSA preparation and negotiation, transition planning and execution
Your Skills and Experience

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $250,000 - $350,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
