Job Description
- Owns manages develops and prioritizes product backlog of user stories.
- Conducts backlog refinement meetings with the scrum development team.
- Attends sprint planning and review meetings to give feedback on sprint achievement to the team.
- Ensure product features are clear and succinct to eliminate guesswork from the development team
- Attends daily scrum meetings as necessary monitors the progress of product development and delivery through daily interaction and sprint reviews Provides regular updates status and risks to management and stakeholders.
- Analyzes stakeholder feedback to determine features or components that will add the greatest value to the product
- Engages with stakeholders to obtain information requirements on expected features.
- Measures product performance as well as value delivered to market in order to make adjustments where necessary.
- Assesses product value stream to identify areas that require improvements Ensures implemented product features add value to end users and increase company returns.
- Establishes user story acceptance criteria and accepts user stories into the baseline Defines sprints and stories content accepts sprint goals Drives sprint goals and sprint delivery and acts the sole owner for acceptance of sprint delivered development.
- Ability to read write and speak the English language to communicate with employees customers suppliers in person on the phone and by written communications in a clear straightforward and professional manner.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem solving skills thorough attention to detail and the capability to meet deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to plan prioritize and organize effectively and work under pressure deadlines.
- Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties.
- Ability to work independently and matrix lead a variety of internal and external teams.
- Ability to work with designers developers.
- Ability to define and maintain online brand guidelines and strategy.

Salary Transparency:
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087/Yr. to $104364/Yr.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
