Job Description
"Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand marketing business processes and objectives.
Gather, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Facilitate requirements traceability from business objectives through implementation and testing.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Design
Partner with architects and developers to design SFMC solutions aligned with marketing goals.
Define requirements across:
Journey Builder
Email Studio
Mobile Studio
Automation Studio
Contact Builder
Audience Builder
Advertising Studio
Personalization and Engagement solutions
Assist in customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, and data model design.
Marketing Transformation & Optimization
Analyze customer journeys and recommend improvements to engagement strategies.
Identify opportunities for personalization, automation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Support lead nurturing, customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Agile Delivery Support
Manage and maintain product backlogs.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Support defect triage, UAT execution, and release readiness activities.
Data & Integration Analysis
Define data requirements and customer attributes needed for marketing campaigns.
Support integration requirements between Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CDPs, and external applications.
Assist in defining consent management and customer preference requirements.
Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained.
Testing & User Adoption
Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate business requirements against delivered functionality.
Create training materials and support business adoption activities.
Conduct stakeholder demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
3+ years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements for marketing automation solutions.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and campaign execution.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills."
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 61087 to 104364
