Your Role
We are hiring Workday‑certified Functional Consultants with strong hands‑on experience in Workday HCM to support implementations, enhancements, and production support for global clients and business units.
You will be responsible for one or more of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Benefits.
- Configure and support Workday Core HCM and assigned functional modules
- Work on Business Process Framework (BPF), Security, Job Architecture, and Calculated Fields
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions
- Support EIBs, Workday reporting, testing, UAT, and deployments
- Perform Workday release impact analysis and provide post‑go‑live support
- Partner closely with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Your Profile
- HCM Core + one Advanced Workday certification is mandatory.
- Overall 9+ years of IT experience in the HCM domain, with 5+ years of hands‑on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements.
- Experience in at least two full lifecycle Workday implementations.
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM Core along with one advanced module: Recruiting or Absence or Time Tracking or a relevant HCM sub‑module.
- Deep understanding of HCM business processes and end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire lifecycle.
- Good understanding and practical application of Workday implementation methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with testing, data migration, and validation activities.
- Ability to conduct client workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Awareness of delivery assurance, quality standards, and governance in enterprise programs.
- Advanced certification in at least one Workday HCM sub‑module.
