Your Role

As a Video Conferencing Architect at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-grade video conferencing and unified communication platforms. You will define architecture, standards, and optimization strategies to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable collaboration experiences across global environments.

  • Define and design end-to-end architecture for enterprise conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco/Webex) including HLD/LLD and reference architectures.
  • Establish governance standards for meeting rooms, AV infrastructure, lifecycle management, and global conferencing policies.
  • Lead platform optimization initiatives, including QoS tuning, endpoint configuration, and performance improvement to enhance user experience.
  • Drive integration and automation, ensuring seamless connectivity with M365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and enabling automation via PowerShell and Graph API.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Poly, Logitech) to manage SLAs, ensure compliance, and support transformation to cloud-based conferencing solutions.

Your Profile

 

  • Strong expertise in Video Conferencing & Unified Communications platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco/Webex).
  • In-depth knowledge of M365 ecosystem, including Teams Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Azure AD integrations.
  • Solid understanding of AV technologies and meeting room infrastructure (Poly, Logitech, Crestron).
  • Hands-on experience with networking concepts (QoS, TCP/IP, firewall integration) and performance optimization for real-time communications.
  • Proficiency in automation and monitoring tools including PowerShell, Graph API, CQD, TAC, along with strong stakeholder communication and governance skills.
