Your Role

Total Experience: 6- 9 Years

Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore

  • Influence and architect transition solutions for large bids, collaborating with bid teams, analysts, and architects.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of transition projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality commitments for multi‑tower, multi‑region engagements.
  • Ensure seamless support transition from project phase to Hypercare and BAU, including scope management and reporting.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, handle escalations, and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement, coach team members, enhance transition methodologies, and ensure compliance with organizational processes.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience managing large, complex IT transitions and delivering multi‑tower, multi‑geography engagements.
  • Strong background in transition solutioning, proposal contribution, and designing transition approaches for large deals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills across senior levels.
  • Certified in ITIL v3 (mandatory) with working knowledge or certification in PMP / Prince2 / Agile (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage teams, drive outcomes, and adapt to changing priorities.
