Your Profile

Total Experience: 6-12 Years Only

  1. Manage and deliver medium‑complexity ADM Transition projects end‑to‑end.
  2. Act as Transition Solution Architect—create transition plans, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and support sales.
  3. Ensure delivery aligns with global transition methodology (risk, governance, QA, reporting).
  4. Lead and coordinate internal teams, 3rd‑party vendors, account teams, and client stakeholders.
  5. Track and ensure completion of commercial milestones and timely transition‑related invoicing.

Your Role

  1. Strong understanding of project management processes and transition methodology.
  2. Good knowledge of Capgemini tools, technology landscape, and outsourcing environment.
  3. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage clients effectively.
  4. Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to multitask, handle multiple priorities, and ideally hold an MBA.
