Your Role
- Drive Delivery Transformation – Lead productivity improvement initiatives across AMS engagements using GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation, AIOps, ZeroOps, FMA, and Left Shift methodologies.
- Improve Contribution Margin – Identify and execute cost optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and delivery economics.
- Lead Industrialization Adoption – Drive adoption of Industrialized Assets & Services, ensuring asset utilization, ROI realization, and change management across engagements.
- Execute AI-Led Transformation Programs – Define, deploy, and govern AI-powered use cases and transformation programs to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Govern Service Excellence & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with delivery leaders, account teams, and client stakeholders to ensure KPI/SLA adherence, operational excellence, and transformation success.
Your Profile
- Overall Experience needed-14-16 years only
- Application Maintenance & Service Delivery Management – Strong experience managing large AMS engagements and ITIL-based service operations.
- AI, Automation & Digital Transformation – Expertise in GenAI, Automation, AIOps, ZeroOps, Agentic AI, and industrialization frameworks.
- Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization – Lean Six Sigma mindset with proven success in productivity improvement, cost reduction, and margin enhancement.
- Financial & Business Acumen – Experience in contribution margin management, ROI tracking, business case development, and delivery economics.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Ability to influence CXOs, delivery leaders, and cross-functional teams in global, multi-technology environments.
