Transformation Manager

Your Role

  • Own and drive productivity improvement and transformation initiatives for large AMS accounts (250+ FTEs).
  • Act as second-in-command to Engagement Manager, ensuring delivery excellence and cost optimization.
  • Lead transformation levers such as ZeroOps, Automation, Gen AI, and Problem Management.
  • Manage senior stakeholders across client and internal teams, ensuring alignment and execution.
  • Ensure strong ITIL-based service management (Incident, Problem, Knowledge Mgmt) and KPI/ SLA improvement.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in Application Maintenance Delivery across technologies (SAP, BI, CCA preferred).
  • Strong transformation & continuous improvement expertise (Automation, RPA, Gen AI, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure ROI, analyze KPIs, and drive service improvements.
  • Stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes, industrialization, cost optimization, and large-scale delivery governance
