Transformation Manager

Your Role

  • Drive productivity improvement across AM accounts by leading transformation initiatives (ZeroOps, Automation, Problem Reduction, GenAI).
  • Ensure ITIL excellence by maintaining high hygiene in Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders (internal + client) to align on KPIs, SLAs, delivery improvements, and transformation priorities.
  • Own industrialization and cost optimization, ensuring Contribution Margin (CM) and contractual commitments are met/exceeded.
  • Lead continuous improvement across multi‑technology AM environments to enhance service quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.

Your Profile

  • Strong AM leadership experience managing large, multi‑location teams (ideally 250+ FTE) across diverse tech stacks (SAP, BI, C&CA etc.).
  • Hands‑on expertise in transformation levers such as Automation, RPA, AIOps/GenAI, No‑Ops, Incident Reduction, Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Practical ITIL knowledge with experience improving KPIs, SLAs, ROI from AM improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset to identify productivity levers, track impact, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and secure prerequisites for transformations
