TIBCO Developer

Your Role

• Strong development experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x, 6.x, including designing and developing integrations and process flows.
• Design, develop, and integrate applications using TIBCO BW, including shared modules and reusable components.
• Build and consume SOAP and REST APIs within BW, following service design principles.
• Work extensively with XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, and perform XSLT transformations.
• Integrate BW with databases (JDBC), file systems, FTP/SFTP, and external systems.
• Implement robust error handling, exception management, and logging frameworks.
• Perform deployments using TIBCO TEA (Enterprise Administrator).
• Support production issues, performance tuning, and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and best practices.

Your Profile

• Experience with TIBCO EMS, messaging concepts, and integration design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of XML technologies—XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, XSLT.
• Experience in building integrations using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Good working knowledge of adapters (ADB, SAP, file adapters), JDBC, and system integrations.
• Experience managing/supporting TIBCO environments on Windows servers.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, EAI concepts, and middleware workflows.
