Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support IT Service Management (ITSM) and other enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration, along with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
  • Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and Script Includes
  • Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog items
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and web services
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and system maintenance
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards are followed
  • Provide documentation and technical support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with ITSM processes aligned with ITIL framework
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration vs customization best practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data imports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
