Your Role

We’re hiring a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to drive enterprise-scale IT operations transformation!If you have expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, CMDB, apply now for PAN India locations with 6-12 years of experience.
 
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB modules.
  • Develop and customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure CMDB data accuracy and integrity through automated discovery and reconciliation.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations.
  • Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
