Your Role

We’re hiring a ServiceNow IRM Developer to drive enterprise-scale governance, risk, and compliance transformation! If you have expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, and ServiceNow Platform Development, apply now for PAN India locations with 6-12 Years of experience 

 

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions.
  • Work on end-to-end IRM implementations, including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
  • Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and production support activities.
  • Handle technical triage independently, identify root causes, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.

Your Profile

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM module (including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management).
  • Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
