Your Role
- Own end‑to‑end SLA management, including monitoring, reporting, reviews, and corrective actions.
- Lead demand management for SAP Retail, covering demand planning, forecasting, and prioritization.
- Manage and mentor cross‑functional delivery teams, ensuring performance and operational stability.
- Act as the primary client interface for service delivery, governance, and escalations.
- Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- Strong experience in Service Delivery Management within AMS / SAP environments.
- Hands‑on knowledge of SAP Retail demand planning and operations.
- Proven people management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and escalation handling skills.
- Expertise in process improvement, KPI management, and problem management.
