Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong manufacturing domain expertise. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery, implementation, and support of MES solutions.

Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Key Responsibilities

Act as the MES Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business and IT teams.

Collaborate closely with Development, Support, Deployment, and End Users for smooth project delivery and issue resolution.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.

Drive documentation activities including User Stories, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), PRE-ROM, Analyst Testing, UAT, and Release Planning.

Work with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Support testing, validation, and deployment activities.

Ensure alignment between manufacturing processes and MES solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

Strong MES functional experience with Business Analysis exposure.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.

Knowledge of .NET application testing and debugging.

Experience with Web and Mobile Applications (Android).

Hands-on experience with Web Services, SOAP UI, and Postman.

Strong database knowledge with MySQL and Oracle SQL.

Good to Have

Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI integrations.

Understanding of ISA-95 standards.

Basic experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Knowledge of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).

Exposure to IIoT and Digital Manufacturing solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience working as an MES SME, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.

Strong manufacturing domain expertise.

Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in requirement gathering, UAT, and release planning activities.
