Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) + Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Developer with 4–12 years of experience to design and deliver personalized, data‑driven marketing solutions. You will work closely with business and marketing teams to build automated campaigns, real‑time personalization, and scalable customer journeys across multiple business units.

Your Profile

  • Design and develop SFMC solutions using AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS, including responsive emails and Cloud Pages built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Work across Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, MobileConnect, and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to enable real‑time and 1:1 personalization.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of SFMC contact data model, audience configuration, and journey orchestration at scale.
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders and deliver solutions across multiple business units.
  • Mandatory: Hands‑on SFMC development (AMPscript + SQL + SSJS) with experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) and SFMC certification.
