Your Role

  • Lead end‑to‑end Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion ADM service delivery for large enterprise accounts.
  • Own client-facing SDM responsibilities including SLAs, KPIs, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Manage multi‑location delivery teams ensuring operational excellence and continuous service improvement.
  • Drive AI‑led automation, innovation, and productivity improvements within Oracle AMS engagements.
  • Ensure strong financial management—forecasting, budgeting, margin control, and account growth.

Your Profile

  • 18–20 years IT experience with 10+ years as SDM/Project Manager in Oracle ADM engagements.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion (HCM, Finance, SCM, PPM, EPM) and Oracle EBS, including integrations and PaaS extensions.
  • Strong experience in Staffing domain and complex enterprise application landscapes.
  • Proven leadership in SLA‑driven AMS delivery, large teams, and multi‑vendor environments.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and metrics‑driven continuous improvement.
