SAP Service Delivery Manager

Your Role

  • Act as primary client interface for SAP service delivery and relationship management.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery (incidents, changes, enhancements, SLAs).
  • Manage SAP projects, timelines, and global resource allocation.
  • Drive operational excellence via KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Own financials (budget, margins) and align delivery with business strategy.

Your Profile

  • Overall need 12-14 Years Experience only in which relevant experience should be 6–10 years in SAP delivery (ECC & S/4HANA)
  • Functional knowledge of SAP modules (OTC, PTP, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
  • Leadership experience managing 20+ resources in global delivery setups
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of ITIL, delivery frameworks, and compliance (SOX)
