SAP Security & GRC Administrator

Your Role

• Strong understanding of SAP Security and SAP GRC concepts, including user administration, role design, profiles, authorizations, CUA, SoD, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, S/4 HANA, SAP Solution Manager, and end‑to‑end authorizations management.
• Expertise in managing complete authorization lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Ability to interact independently with business users, gather requirements, propose solutions, and manage projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong working knowledge of functional SAP modules (FI, OTC, MM, etc.) to support security design and role mapping.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC across multiple SAP landscapes.
• Hands‑on expertise in authorization design, role remediation, role testing, and troubleshooting authorization failures.
• Experience working in complex SAP environments, including ECC, S/4 HANA, Fiori, SolMan, and multi‑system landscapes with CUA.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for security issues, SoD conflicts, access failures, and audit observations.
• Experience in compliance, audit readiness, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to define, design, and implement security processes, governance structures, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, enterprise security guidelines, and integration with other identity systems.
• Exposure to new‑dimensional SAP technologies such as HANA DB, SAP Cloud solutions, and analytics platforms.
