Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP MII Consultant to design, develop, and support SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) solutions. The role involves SAP MII development, enterprise integration, shop floor connectivity, dashboard creation, and collaboration with manufacturing stakeholders to deliver real-time production intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure SAP MII components, including Business Logic Services (BLS), transactions, visualizations, and UI applications.

Design and configure SAP MII components, including Business Logic Services, UI development, and shop floor connectivity.

Integrate SAP MII with SAP ECC/S4HANA for seamless data exchange between enterprise and shop floor systems.

Develop and maintain SAP MII dashboards and reports for real-time production visibility.

Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to deliver manufacturing intelligence solutions.

Perform root cause analysis and support incident resolution within SLA timelines.

Participate in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Maintain configuration guides, process flows, and training documentation.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimization opportunities within manufacturing operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 9-12 years of experience in SAP MII implementation, development, and support projects.

• Strong expertise in SAP MII, BLS Transactions, MII Dashboards, Visualization Services, and Data Servers.

• Experience integrating SAP MII with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, MES, SCADA, and shop floor systems.

• Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), SAP ME, or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) will be an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
